My philosophy for learning is that each student is unique, and each student learns in a different way. One of my jobs as a teacher is to help students discover their individuality and work alongside with them to maximize it. I believe in learning creatively with hands-on and minds on experiences. Technology integration makes students active learners instead of passive receivers of knowledge. The walls of my classroom are broken down and learning can happen anywhere, anytime.
